Welcome to this newly built 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, absolute river front property! On the main floor you'll find the kitchen, open living and dining areas, a master bedroom with attached bathroom, river view and king bed. There is also another bedroom with queen bed and a card game room. Plus a second bathroom. This floor has a huge expansive deck looking out to the river equipped with couch and bbq. On the second floor, you have a second master with king bed, attached bathroom and amazing river view! There is also another bedroom with queen bed and a second bathroom. In the walkout basement there is a pool table, bar area/living room combo with karaoke machine. There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. On the walkout sliders, there is a fire pit area.... Multnomah Falls - Approx 45 minutes OHSU Hospital - 10 miles (approx 23 minutes) Kaiser Sunnyside Hospital - 5.9 miles (approx 15 minutes) Downtown Portland - 9.4 miles (approx 20 minutes) Please Note: A liability and agreement will need to be signed due to insurance requirements.

**No unauthorized guests or booking will be canceled without refund **Please adhere to quiet times between 10pm and 8am or booking will be canceled without refund. **There is another house on the same lot, but about 400 ft away and won't impact or access the property at any time. - you will have access to the entire house and the expansive, private, river front back yard and deck. **The river can be dangerous and we recommend life jackets. River use is at your own risk and owner/host are not responsible. **Please no smoking indoors and treat this property like you would your own or you will be liable for extra expenses. **Any events will need insurance and there will be an additional "event fee", depending on the situation. **Kayaks are not included in rental due to insurance not permitting, but I can help you with a rental place.
